Jetstar Telecommunications, LLC, a Texas based company, has been providing Cloud Technology Solutions to customers since 2006. Over the past 18 years we have been solving many technological challenges for our great customers to help them become more efficient in their operations, which in turn allows them to provide their own customers a better experience.
We have been involved in many projects over the years that have helped shape our current cloud solutions we offer today. As an example, before the days of current Smart Phones, we developed and put into production, applications that helped Red Bull distributors perform real time ordering, invoicing, and inventory, utilizing a Nextel Motorola i1000 Plus flip cell phone application that updated an online database. We worked with a custom bra manufacturer and developed an online application to place orders direct from their customer’s, direct sales party locations. Both of these projects took place before online ordering was mainstream, like it is today.
We created projects for the prison industry that provides for a video visitation between a prisoner and his visitor and also a prisoner commissary ordering system. We designed, produced and implemented a sophisticated call center system for a large multi-location, specialty pharmaceutical distributor that handles facsimiles originating from doctors, pharmacies, providers, and manufacturers to initiate delivery to the patient.
We developed and implemented a dynamic IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system that queries a real time database for large oil companies, local governments, and large health organizations with text and voice broadcasting.
During the timeframe from our start to the present, we have developed a very secure and robust network over which we provide our cloud technology solutions.
